From hand-baked naan to fragrant Kabuli Palaw – honest cooking from Afghanistan, freshly prepared every day in our small family business. Our Afghan grocery store is right here too – both under one roof.
Behind Afghan Imbiss is the Noori family, who came from Kabul to Vienna more than twenty years ago – bringing grandmother’s recipes and the belief that good food brings people together.
Every morning we cook and bake fresh: the dough for our naan kneaded by hand, the rice for our Kabuli Palaw slow-cooked for hours. Honest, hearty cuisine – just as you would find it at home in Afghanistan.
Alongside our kitchen, our family business runs an Afghan grocery store. Shop and eat at one address – Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00 at Reschgasse 7, close to U6 Niederhofstraße.
